Flavors is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to help in our growing business.


The successful candidate will be taking up the challenge of doing the tasks below:

Position Details and Requirements:
Conducts intake lead calls and drives sales of services, values, and amenities.
Responsible for management of physical and virtual community members by means of engaging with existing members, addressing member concerns, posting leads to catering jobs, managing partnership for contract opportunities, and maintaining a positive customer service attitude.
Manage day-to-day responsibilities for marketing commercial hospitality real estate services to food and beverage member tenants.
Accountable for commercial kitchen space management; spearheads sourcing and documentation of leads, presentation of culinary workspace services, and completion of new member paperwork via CRM system.
Spearheads onboarding of chefs in Dubsado and The Food Corridor CRM.
Creates, updates, and/or maintains CRM workflows.
Formulates standard operating procedures, systems, and processes dedicated to member engagement.
Facilitates tours and heads information sessions for future member tenants
Actively puts out effort in ensuring the company meets its revenue goals.
Serves as the primary liaison or point of contact with the health department.
Engages in planning for events, training, and social media engagement.
Responsible for on-boarding of new member tenants.
Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, systems, and other processes for members

Additional Job Responsibilities:
Study and maintain awareness of local market and trends and subsequently, develop marketing plans/strategies to generate leads and sustain membership.
Sources speakers and trainers to handle offered courses.
Build and manage professional relationships with strategic partners, sponsors, investors, government, retail, and corporate clientele for future contract opportunities.
Manage the social media presence of the company and create applicable/appropriate promotional items to communicate with potential members.
Represents the company in conferences, meetings, and training.

Requirements
Education: High school GED Minimum with 2-3 years equivalent work experience in real estate and/or property management or Bachelor’s degree in Business.
Experience and Values:
2-3 years equivalent work experience in the real estate and/or property management industry
Has worked in a shared commercial kitchen incubator preferred.
Experience in residential or corporate leasing is an advantage.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, Dubsado, and The Food Corridor CRM (training available for CRM system usage, but should be familiar with a basic CRM system)
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups, and influence decisions.
Demonstrate high energy and passion for exceeding customer expectations; strong desire to go above and beyond the call of duty for the benefit of the entire culinary community we serve.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
